Responsibilities

The Content Associate will be responsible for managing the publishing and distribution of content across multiple platforms, including the app and web, ensuring accurate and on-schedule delivery. They will also identify and escalate potential risks, tag and organize content for discoverability, develop end-to-end content production workflows, support A/B testing of content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the value of content production initiatives, as well as conducting user research and deck research for new content verticals.
