The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of social media marketing and community management, with a passion for building and engaging online communities. Experience in content creation and social media strategy is highly desirable, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
As the Content and Community Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with the Monzo Ireland community, managing social media channels, planning and hosting events, creating content for various platforms, and acting as the voice of the community within Monzo. You will also contribute to the development of community strategies and provide feedback to the product team to ensure customer needs are met, as well as monitor and respond to community inquiries and feedback.

Monzo operates as a digital-only banking platform focused on providing a modern way for individuals to manage their finances. Its main product is a mobile app that allows users to track their income, spending, and savings easily. The app includes features that help users save money, such as automatically setting aside a portion of their paycheck or rounding up transactions to the nearest dollar.
