Consumer Service Operations Representative at Humana

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday from 10:40 AM to 7:10 PM, requiring in-office work for the first 6 months at 101 E Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202, with possible remote work afterward based on performance, attendance, and independence.

New hires receive a $1,500 bonus if they remain employed for 12 months after the hire date of 1/12/26.

Candidates need 2+ years of customer service experience including data entry, strong verbal, written, and listening skills, comfort navigating multiple systems and learning new technology, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
