Position Title

CONSULTOR TÉCNICO SR - IMUNOLOGIAS

Job Objective

Provide technical, commercial, and access consulting for Lilly's immunobiological and specific target medications to clients (doctors, infusion clinics). Implement marketing strategies to achieve optimal product demand and improve patient quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement technical, commercial, and market access consulting for high-cost medications to potential clients defined by the quarterly target plan, ensuring productivity metric coverage.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify client and market needs and outline them in the territorial action plan for directing actions.
  • Interact with clients with quality and aligned with LILLY principles through available touchpoints such as in-person visits, iVA (Visual Aid), VAE (Veeva Approved E-mail), promotional events, etc., using affiliate strategies and aligned with key product messages.
  • Update medical registration, ensuring potential healthcare professionals are present in the visitation panel. Ensure strategic information from interactions is documented in the VEEVA CRM.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of the business, disease, product, and competitors, taking responsibility for self-development in the role.
  • TEAM LILLY: Integrate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Public and Private Access Area, Omni Channel, and Sales Team (B2B and BAL).
  • Analyze and strategically manage accounts (SAM), applying available actions to meet/exceed demand goals.
  • Promote a culture of safety and respect for diversity in daily activities.

Prerequisites

  • Must reside in Distrito Federal.
  • Availability for travel: 60% of the time.
  • Previous experience as a Technical Consultant in the Immunology market and understanding of high-cost medication access dynamics will be a differential.

Education

  • Completed undergraduate degree; Postgraduate degree desirable.

Language

  • English: Intermediate
