Requirements
- Lic. en Psicología con título y cédula profesional
- Alto sentido de puntualidad y formalidad
- Experiencia brindando TCC (Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual) y/o sistémico
- Experiencia previa en atención de casos clínicos en terapia corta comprobable de 3 años (sin contar prácticas o SS)
- Disponibilidad para cubrir el periodo de capacitación (pagada) de Martes a viernes de 10:00 a 18:00 hrs y sábados de 8:00 a 16:00 hrs (duración aproximada de 1 mes)
- Flexibilidad y adaptación al cambio
- Experiencia en Call center o brindando terapia por teléfono
Responsibilities
- Brindar atención emocional inmediata a usuarios por teléfono
- Seguimiento a casos psicológicos (clínicos)
- Observaciones de casos
- Evaluación adecuada para la derivación al servicio apropiado
- Manejo de información de empresas cliente para brindar el servicio adecuado
- Seguimiento de protocolos, procesos, lineamientos internos y de los programas y servicios que se les brinda a cada empresa cliente

What is the salary range for this position?
The salary range is $10,000 - $13,700 per month.
What is the work schedule for this role?
The schedule is Tuesday to Thursday from 3pm to 11pm, Friday and Sunday from 10pm to 6am, with Monday and Saturday as rest days. There is also a paid training period for about one month from Tuesday to Friday 10am-6pm and Saturdays 8am-4pm.
What are the required qualifications and experience for this role?
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with professional title and license, 3 years of verifiable experience in short-term clinical therapy (not including practices or social service), experience in CBT and/or systemic therapy, and experience in call centers or phone therapy.
