Experience in B2B or B2C sales management and a history of exceeding sales targets are preferred.
The Sales Business Consultant will manage and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals and sales targets within the district. They will develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share, monitor performance indicators (KPIs), and propose corrective actions. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring adherence to commercial policies, and monitoring market trends. The role involves developing and tracking sales action plans for vehicles, market share, and customer satisfaction indices. Additionally, the consultant will train and develop the sales team, collaborate with other company departments, and provide consultative assistance to dealerships to improve their results, including marketing initiatives, customer retention, product display, financial analysis, and training.
