Requirements
- Proven experience (1-5 years) in customer service, call center, or administrative role
- Ability to serve the general public with the best service, always showing a friendly and empathetic attitude
- Interest in researching government procedures, social programs, and references from institutions and/or civil associations in Mexico and other countries
- Good proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
