Responsibilities

  • Support VCA EU Practice Areas Lead in steering the developments of EU Practice Areas alongside broader Visa & VCA long-term strategy
  • Enable frequent and high-quality knowledge sharing sessions (e.g., Lunch & Learns, trainings) to drive a curious culture and spread awareness of new best-practices and innovative ideas
  • Support in maintaining & evolving key knowledge sharing sites (SharePoint, Teams)
  • Assist Practice Area Leads in identifying, implementing, and driving adoption of new AI capabilities to boost team productivity
  • Help develop a more effective internal & external communication strategy that incorporates compelling content and essential output to improve engagement, usage, and leads
  • Develop an understanding of the details yet also a high-level view of initiatives both delivered and in progress to adjust communications based on audience
  • Partner with other pan-European functions within VCA to progress One Hub priorities
  • Support integration of Practice Areas into VCA EU Onboarding strategy, creating content and liaising across subject matter experts
  • Enhance internal management reporting and scorecard tracking to demonstrate the impact of VCA engagements & Practice Areas to Visa senior and executive teams
  • Assist in Thought Leadership content development (white papers, data stories, blog posts, articles) with agency partners and the associated go-to-market both internally across VCA Europe and externally
