Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in Economics, Mathematical statistics or Computer Science
  • Experience with data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL and R; knowledge of other analytical tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in consulting or pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: Primarily Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English and Serbian
  • Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and provide clear, concise recommendations
  • Strong motivation to thrive in a client-focused team environment
  • Good project management, time management and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work within timeline
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and an ability to build credibility with external and internal contacts
  • An interest and knowledge in two of the following areas: finance, marketing, statistics, pharmaceutical
  • Experience with international projects will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Performing strategic analyses as a member of Consulting Services team
  • Preparing quantitative and qualitative analyses of the pharmaceutical sector
  • Creating sections of reports, presentations and other client deliverables
  • Communicating with client stakeholders to identify their needs, finding the most suitable analytical solutions, and providing strategic recommendations
  • Proactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and IQVIA proprietary data sources
  • Collaborating within an international team
