Requirements

1-4 years' experience from a leading Management Consulting firm, and/or from business development within the Financial Services Industry
Bachelor's or Master's degree within relevant fields (business, industrial engineering or similar)
Experience from one or several of the following areas: Project management, program management or product management; Business development or change initiatives; The intersection between business and IT, including system implementation, system migration and vendor selection; Regulatory transformation; Operating model transformation; Agile methodology
Outgoing and enjoy working in a team
Analytical and enjoy working with and solving complex problems
Highly driven
Thrive in an environment focused on feedback and development
Willing to walk the extra mile when needed and travel for business purposes
A strong communicator and fluent in both Swedish and English

Responsibilities

Help clients in the Financial Services industry innovate and transform their organisations, core business systems and business models
Drive business transformation
Consolidate, or implement new systems and processes
