Requirements

  • Student in an engineering school, university, or business school, seeking an end-of-studies internship for a minimum duration of 6 months
  • Proven sense of customer service and initiative, with a strong ability to work in a team
  • Very good analytical skills, ability to quickly grasp complex issues, and creativity in finding solutions
  • Strong interest in new technologies and digital evolutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated strong adaptability and communication abilities, and a taste for developing client relationships
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Accompany leadership (C-Suite) in defining purpose and strategic HR objectives
  • Support transformations (technological, organizational, cultural) on the human aspect, especially upstream phases (framing personas, impact analysis, adoption strategy definition), mobilizing next-gen technologies (AI, GenAI)
  • Articulate new organizational models to meet strategic objectives
  • Imagine future jobs and skills, create conditions for employee development through up/re/new skilling paths ensuring employability
  • Transform HR by modernizing tools (digitalization, AI, GenAI, automation) and orienting HR toward signature strategic activities in an I&D by design approach
  • Propose major transformation projects and participate in their implementation, combining individual research and teamwork with clients (workshops, interviews, presentation of recommendations, plannings, validation steps)
