Requirements

PhD (mandatory) in Epidemiology or a related field with a strong foundation in biostatistics and study design
Strong biostatistical expertise and ability to synthesize evidence
Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Prior experience or strong interest in the healthcare and life sciences industries, preferred

Responsibilities

Leverages business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions
Conduct qualitative and quantitative literature reviews, including statistical analysis of published articles, as well as primary and secondary research, and analyzes research to identify key findings and learnings
Apply epidemiological and biostatistical expertise to synthesize evidence and support client decision-making
Develop client deliverables including reports, presentations, and workshops, under the guidance of senior team members
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively in both written and verbal formats
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project planning and execution
Lead or support client meetings, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
Participate in the development of consulting methodologies and deepen industry knowledge through ongoing learning
