Requirements

  • PhD (mandatory) in Epidemiology or a related field with a strong foundation in biostatistics and study design
  • Strong biostatistical expertise and ability to synthesize evidence
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Prior experience or strong interest in the healthcare and life sciences industries, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leverages business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative literature reviews, including statistical analysis of published articles, as well as primary and secondary research, and analyzes research to identify key findings and learnings
  • Apply epidemiological and biostatistical expertise to synthesize evidence and support client decision-making
  • Develop client deliverables including reports, presentations, and workshops, under the guidance of senior team members
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively in both written and verbal formats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project planning and execution
  • Lead or support client meetings, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Participate in the development of consulting methodologies and deepen industry knowledge through ongoing learning
