Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
2-5 years of related experience in primary market research (Pharma industry experience highly desirable)
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Fluency in Ukrainian (spoken and written)
Experience in using analytical tools (Excel advanced, SPSS) and techniques (regression analysis, factor and cluster analyses etc.)
Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline
Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of primary market research (e.g. sample selection, research materials development, fieldwork management, data analysis and coding, quantitative and qualitative report development)
Proven ability to manage clients on day-to-day project tasks
Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to one’s functional area
Knowledge of primary market research quantitative methodologies (qualitative is a plus)
Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and major competitors in Ukraine
Knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian marketplace
Effective time management skills
High attention to detail

Responsibilities

Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals and client solutions
Assists in the development of detailed documentation and specifications, including market research materials: screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides, and sample specifications
Oversees day-to-day primary market research operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope defined
Performs quantitative (e.g. regression analysis, factor and cluster analyses) or qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions
Assists in the design/structure and completion of presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience
Develops, and may present, complete client deliverables within known/identified frameworks and methodologies
Proactively develops a basic knowledge of consulting and primary market research methodologies and the life sciences market through the delivery of client engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
