Requirements

Expertise in performance management (piloting de la performance) – mandatory experience internally and/or in consulting
Ability to dialogue and understand the needs of executives (CxO)
Experience in operational management control and/or consulting in performance piloting
Ideally, experience in a "complex" sector (including Production / Supply Chain) or specialized in a sector (e.g., Retail)
Ideally, has implemented a Rolling Forecast process
Actively participated (as Product Owner, Business Process Owner, Key User, or consulting provider) in several EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tool implementation projects
Knowledge of the EPM solutions market, or mastery (from software knowledge to parameterization capabilities) of at least one modern application (Onestream, Pigment, Board, SAP Planning (SAC), etc.)
Graduate of a grande école (business school or engineering school)

Responsibilities

Analyze the client's context and needs
Manage the different phases of a mission
Define target planning processes
Assist in selecting and designing the target solution
Organize and pilot the solution implementation project (AMOA on design, testing, implementation phases, etc.)
Train and support users
Intervene on high-value-added missions combining business and IT dimensions in France and occasionally abroad
Work under the supervision of an experienced team, with training in the use, design, parameterization, and Agile implementation methods of EPM solutions
