- Proven experience in Azure and AWS cloud support within enterprise environments

Responsibilities
- Provide AppDev team support via ServiceNow/Azure DevOps (deployments, SQL queries, troubleshooting, RCAs)
- Manage Azure resources, RBAC, Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows Servers, and IIS applications
- Administer and optimize MSSQL databases; execute queries in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/CloudFormation and manage CI/CD pipeline deployments
- Monitor services using DataDog, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor; resolve cloud/web/database issues
- Collaborate in Agile/SCRUM teams, approve CAB changes, and maintain documentation (runbooks, best practices)
