Requirements
Experienced consultant level in Transaction Services for Real Estate
Ability to work in Casablanca (with telework options)
Expertise in real estate sector (offices, hotels, logistics, development, management companies)
Proficiency in financial advisory, particularly for national and international clients in M&A, restructuring, due diligence, valuation
Knowledge of real estate transaction processes, including acquisition/cession of real estate portfolios or companies
Responsibilities
Conduct due diligence for acquisitions: analyze historical and future performance of target companies to identify risks affecting valuation or transaction structuring
Handle post-acquisition follow-up: implement acquisition contracts, including validation of final acquisition price
Provide vendor assistance: pre-cession diagnostics, assist sellers throughout the transactional process (preparation/analysis of financial information, manage buyer information requests, negotiations)
Perform vendor due diligence: prepare financial analysis documents for sellers to support potential investors
