Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and manage complex data
Participate in defining strategic aspects of major projects
Conduct case studies and benchmarks
Design business plans and business models
Contribute to producing detailed technical and functional programs
Supervise preparation of certification application documents
Conduct in-depth audits of urban biodiversity labeling dossiers
Perform technical and environmental audits of buildings
Develop real estate master plans (schémas directeurs immobiliers)
Monitor studies and construction works, participate in project meetings
Exchange with service providers and project teams
Prepare meeting minutes
Present work to managers and clients
Write clear and concise reports in French and English
Participate in drafting technical and financial proposals
Contribute to monitoring public calls for tenders (Appels d'Offres publics)
Organize internal events
Participate in eminence actions and business development
