Requirements

Deep understanding of business goals, objectives, business outcomes, business capabilities, value-streams, and business processes
Expertise in EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) space, particularly Batch/ETL
Ability to act as an internal expert and leader in EAI
Experience providing technical guidance to internal and external team members through the solution lifecycle
Knowledge of integration across core business functions (e.g., commercial like sales and technical services, manufacturing, services, business intelligence, and analytics)

Responsibilities

Provide innovative, scalable, and high-quality solutions in EAI from inception through design, implementation, and enhancement
Proactively lead and support business-led and internal initiatives for developing and managing EAI solution portfolios
Contribute to governance, processes, frameworks, platform, and strategy in the EAI space
Participate in leading major transformation activities
Lead evaluation, design, and analysis for implementing key integration solutions across specific business applications or technologies in assigned commercial domains
Create and deliver comprehensive integration solutions focused on detailed design principles, decision points, and dependencies between business and IT
Manage and develop integration patterns for broader scope of projects or products, collaborating with business, cross-functional IT teams, and external partners
Analyze business-IT environment (run, grow, transform) to detect deficiencies, legacy systems, and technical debt, and recommend improvement solutions (systems of record, differentiation, innovation)
Orchestrate solutions delivery by designing and directing governance activities to ensure adherence to architectural framework and assurance
