Act as the main point of contact for assigned depositary clients, specializing in Luxembourg Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
Monitor fund activities and proactively provide technical and operational guidance
Ensure all actions comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Support and advise Northern Trust partners across the organization
Collaborate with teams in other EMEA jurisdictions as needed, both operationally and as a subject matter expert
Deliver depositary operation services to large and moderately complex funds, performing cash flow monitoring, asset safekeeping, and general oversight duties
Oversee investment restrictions and maintain breach registers
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of fund regulations
Prepare and support fund board papers, seeking guidance on technical issues when necessary
Attend board meetings alongside Team Leaders and Managers
Participate in onboarding meetings for new clients
Interact with committees and senior management as required
Serve as a subject matter expert
Facilitate discussions and contribute to decision-making processes
