Responsibilities

  • Optimisation de la gestion des fonctions clés de l’entreprise : relation client, achats et logistique, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Services, Finance, Extended Enterprise and Digital Enterprise gouvernance
  • Gestion de la conduite du changement pour soutenir des programmes de transformation système ou métier à grande échelle
  • Gestion des risques
  • Stratégie et efficience opérationnelle et performance des processus
  • Stratégie et transformation de la fonction informatique en lien avec la Stratégie de l’entreprise et l’évolution de ses métiers
  • Refonte de systèmes d’information complexes en aidant les clients à analyser leurs processus et à concevoir des modes de fonctionnement plus performants
  • Amélioration des process « cœur de métier » (Engineering, Supply Chain, Gestion de production, Après-vente) pour clients aéronautiques et défense
