Responsibilities

Optimisation de la gestion des fonctions clés de l’entreprise : relation client, achats et logistique, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Services, Finance, Extended Enterprise and Digital Enterprise gouvernance
Gestion de la conduite du changement pour soutenir des programmes de transformation système ou métier à grande échelle
Gestion des risques
Stratégie et efficience opérationnelle et performance des processus
Stratégie et transformation de la fonction informatique en lien avec la Stratégie de l’entreprise et l’évolution de ses métiers
Refonte de systèmes d’information complexes en aidant les clients à analyser leurs processus et à concevoir des modes de fonctionnement plus performants
Amélioration des process « cœur de métier » (Engineering, Supply Chain, Gestion de production, Après-vente) pour clients aéronautiques et défense
