Expertise in Power BI, OBIEE, Salesforce, SQL, Qlik Sense/QlikView, Veeva, Vault, GIGYA, MDM (Reltio), Data Load (Kermit), Reporting, Dashboards, Data Security, Process Automation, UAT testing, Incident Management, MIS, Advanced Excel
Good proficiency in Veeva/Salesforce
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
Ability to make decisions without detailed instructions
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics/Data Mining OR B.Tech/MBA with relevant experience
0-8 years of experience in CRM with skills in Technology support, Veeva CRM, GIGYA, Power BI, QlikView/Qlik Sense, Advanced Excel, Salesforce, SQL, Reltio, Kermit
Strong pharma domain knowledge
Expertise in data visualization and synthesis
Strong MS Excel and Power BI skills, medium level MS Access/SQL skills
Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Quick learner, open to new technologies, picks up CRM knowledge and technical skills quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical skills
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with others and independently
Familiarity with Pharma data
Flexible, independent, and self-motivated (good to have: familiarity with pharmaceutical domain, concepts, terminologies, healthcare market dynamics)

Responsibilities

Interact and communicate with internal business counterparts in different Business Units and external clients on business requirements and end objectives
Support all Veeva admin tasks and activities
Support all Veeva admin queries
Develop good understanding of Veeva CRM and provide solutions quickly
Handle small and large queries independently or with team lead, help team build solutions for various activities
Work independently on defined tasks with 100% ownership on outcomes and timelines
Clearly communicate project outputs and identified risks to project team
Proper documentation of all process-related activities
Functional support including: Data extracts, Data change requests, MCCP upload, Visualizations (incl. Power BI reports), Admin tasks, Field force queries, User access provisioning
