Requirements
- Graduated from a grande école de commerce, ingénieurs, or 3rd cycle university, with dual specialization in finance and real estate
- 2 to 3 years of experience, mostly acquired in the real estate or hospitality sector
Responsibilities
- Acquire a solid knowledge of the target company's activity and underlying assets
- Define relevant analysis axes based on provided documents
- Identify and present significant points to clients
- Draft reports, most often in English, in a concise and impactful style
- Supervise, develop, and evaluate the team
- Actively participate in developing business flows for the REA team
- Lead missions and manage a team of collaborators under the direct responsibility of the partner, initially focused on due diligence for acquisitions or disposals, evolving to other areas like Debt advisory, M&A, modeling, or valuation
