  • Strong understanding of building construction and site development processes
  • Proven ability to manage EPC firm relationships and vendor networks
  • Skilled in providing fast, reliable cost and scope estimations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in dynamic project environments
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX

Responsibilities

  • Lead relationship management with EPC firms and construction partners
  • Manage contract administration and change order processes, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
  • Track deliverables, and negotiate claims or disputes with stakeholders to protect project interests and maintain strong working relationships
  • Serve as point of contact for site development activities on Last Energy's reactor pilot project
  • Provide quick assessments and estimations for construction and site development needs
  • Identify, qualify, and call out vendors to support project requirements
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and project management teams to align site development with overall project objectives
  • Lead comprehensive project planning and control efforts, including development and oversight of budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
