Bidding and Awarding (General Contract and Sub-contracts)
Permitting
Construction Project Close-out
Interaction with clients, design professionals, and consultants
Review and evaluate construction contracts and change orders
Maintain Company safety protocols and Quality control for all projects
Actively seek additional construction opportunities
Perform site visits and evaluations for potential projects
Assemble project budgets and estimates
Maintain and update project schedules
