Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, plus 5-10 years of experience as an owner’s representative, project facilitator, construction manager, or in design and construction contracting. Key skills include excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, reviewing designs and estimates, project financial management, and fluency in project management principles. Active PMP, CCM, or CQM certification is highly preferred.

The role involves considerable independence under the direction of a supervisor while managing construction projects with existing workforce, equipment, and contractors.

Strong candidates will have 5-10 years as an owner’s representative, project facilitator, or construction manager, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, preferred certifications like PMP or CCM, and proven skills in stakeholder coordination, financial management, and project status reporting.
