Responsibilities
- Provide support in project planning, procurement, design, and project completion
- Interface with clients to define project requirements
- Review schedule and align project work plan and deadlines with requirements
- Monitor and oversee the project design or construction effort, including risk management and security
- Ensure stakeholder compliance with contracts, tenant requirements, and owner requirements
- Provide on-site construction management duties during various phases of the project lifecycle
- Lead and manage the construction quality assurance process
- Inspect and monitor on-site processes, procedures, and systems for compliance
- Provide project administration and contract administration duties, including records management
- Generate well-organized professional deliverables, including daily field reports
- Serve as the liaison for stakeholders and customer groups, providing expertise and coordinating with external partners (architects, contractors, government agencies)
- Assist with the transition of projects to those responsible for ongoing maintenance
