Requirements

Relevant qualifications or licenses in construction or safety management
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields (preferred)
Comprehensive knowledge of ASU construction methods, including unloading, installation, assembly (piping), and filling
Knowledge of construction and commissioning processes
Familiarity with project execution processes and management of change
Proficiency in schedule and subcontractor management
Basic knowledge of contractual terms, operations, and maintenance (TCN)
Expertise in GD-SR, P&ID, and Root Cause Analysis methods
Ability to analyze and mitigate construction-related risks

Responsibilities

Leading and coordinating all aspects of construction projects
Ensuring project safety, quality, operational efficiency, financial performance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Maintaining stakeholder satisfaction
