Responsibilities

The Construction Inspector will serve as the on-site liaison with clients and the community, maintain excellent client relations, conduct field inspections, coordinate and communicate with contractors regarding construction project activity, record daily inspection reports, monitor construction operations for compliance with permits, organize and maintain construction documentation using a cloud-based document control interface, develop a detailed understanding of plans and specifications, assist the Project Manager with interpreting contract requirements, review shop drawings, address field changes, lead or assist with Requests for Information responses, assist with the Engineer's response to contract claims, identify and mitigate project risks, review construction CPM schedules, attend project meetings, and maintain a safe working environment.
