Responsibilities
The Construction Estimator & Takeoff Specialist will perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from construction drawings and specifications, collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure accurate budgeting and project execution, utilize Smart Glazier software to create detailed takeoffs and estimates, organize and track data using Google Sheets, identify potential issues or discrepancies in plans, and maintain consistent communication with team members to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
