Responsibilities

  • Support Construction Project Managers by handling administrative tasks and order processing for up to 800 new construction projects annually (up to 160 individually)
  • Communicate with Project Managers, vendors, and general contractors regarding construction updates, delivery issues, and field needs
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of emails (100+ per day)
  • Code vendor requisitions accurately to the appropriate accounting unit
  • Review, issue, and post 1,200+ Construction Memos/Urgent Change Notices to the Company Portal each fiscal year
  • Gain familiarity with 30+ fixture types and their corresponding vendors
  • Read and understand basic floor plans and layouts
  • Assist with system and process training for new Construction Project Managers, vendors, and general contractors to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Mark projects as complete once stores open and create the corresponding facility record
  • Issue New Store Announcements on the Company Portal for newly opened locations
  • Submit and track Lease Tenant Allowance requests, manage landlord correspondence/payments, escalate when payments are overdue, and support Tenant Allowance audits
  • Review leases as needed to complete Construction Tenant Allowance requirements
