Responsibilities

  • Serve as the privileged point of contact for clients on payroll management and social legislation
  • Respond to clients' socio-juridical questions via email or phone
  • Ensure payroll calculations are performed correctly and on time
  • Handle operational tasks: collaborate with external partners, request reports, update client files
  • Visit about 10 clients per year to proactively assess and support their needs (e.g., HR software, prevention and well-being policies)
  • Guide clients in their needs and build trust
