Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of degree or equivalent experience, along with at least two years of customer service or client relationship experience. Proficiency in business software, including MS Office and text editing software, is required, and attention to detail is highly valued. It is beneficial to have one or more years of experience with RTSM/IRT and the life sciences industry, as well as experience with Veeva Vault.

Responsibilities

The Configuration Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to understand RTSM requirements, configure RTSM projects based on agreed-upon study needs, lead design review meetings, provide RTSM expertise, manage and configure data integration solutions, and facilitate troubleshooting of complex systems and projects.
