Conference Management Analyst II at Remitly

The position is based at 〒104-0028 東京都中央区八重洲2-2-1 東京ミッドタウン八重洲 八重洲セントラルタワー11階 (Tokyo Station direct access, no transfers). It offers a hybrid work model combining office and remote work, with flexibility for parents of children before elementary school to have hybrid with at least one day per week in office.

Required qualifications include a university degree or above (second new graduates welcome) and general PC operation skills in Excel, Word, PDF, and PowerPoint. Using tools: Excel, Word, PDF, PowerPoint, internal website.

The role is part of the Second Business Division with a team of approximately 20 members per exhibition. They handle 3-6 exhibitions per year (may include support for additional exhibitions during peak periods).
