Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional, and friendly welcome to colleagues and guests
  • Conduct floor walks to ensure cleanliness, organization, and stocked supplies
  • Support visitor registration, meeting room bookings, and special requests through technology
  • Deliver personalized service, build relationships, and anticipate needs
  • Maintain safe and clean reception areas per policies and procedures
  • Track preferences and accommodate special requests creatively
  • Collaborate with Workplace Experience and service teams to ensure seamless support
  • Create best-in-class experiences that leave lasting positive impressions
