Responsibilities

  • Report to Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership
  • Check in guests and create visitor guest passes
  • Greet guests and open doors (when applicable) for residents, tenants, and guests
  • Answer front desk phones
  • Welcome guests, receive and catalog guest information, and orient new clients
  • Announce all visitors to clients and tenants, keeping visitors at the front desk until permission is received
  • Keep building secure by receiving guests, contacting associated client host, coordinating with Building Security, and managing access levels
  • Troubleshoot issues related to access cards, turnstile, and traffic flow
  • Escort/assist clients, tenants, and guests to and from cars, lobby areas, etc
  • Proactively assist with packages, groceries, and dry cleaning
  • Arrange car/limo services, restaurant reservations, menus, reviews, and recommendations
  • Provide directions for parks, restaurants, airports, etc
  • Field questions about bike storage, mail room, loading dock, and other common inquiries
  • Direct requests to building maintenance, SPS staff, and clients
  • Take resident requests for maintenance services and complete required documentation
  • Maintain control of all keys, including logging keys in and out
  • Secure all packages, deliveries, and other items at designated areas
  • Monitor lobby, cameras, and entranceway; take control of the lobby
  • Prevent unauthorized written and verbal solicitations throughout the building
  • Provide additional level of security for the complex
  • Oversee quality of lobby concierge experience and demonstrate spontaneous desire to assist
  • Represent SPS and clients positively in all interactions
  • Collaborate with team members, including cross-training on front desk operations
  • Respond to all requests courteously and professionally at all times
  • Maintain professional image of the company through prompt, courteous, and efficient service
