Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in enterprise technology or infrastructure sales, including experience selling compute, server, or hybrid cloud solutions
  • Proven success driving growth within large enterprise customers, ideally within the energy, oil & gas, or utilities sectors
  • Strong technical fluency in compute architectures, virtualization technologies, and hybrid IT models
  • Experience collaborating with pre-sales engineering and technical solution teams on complex infrastructure and modernization deals
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities with energy producers, service providers, and infrastructure operators in Texas
  • Partner with compute engineers and solution architects to deliver technical presentations, proof-of-value engagements, and tailored solution proposals
  • Identify opportunities around workload modernization, compute refresh, and high-performance architecture adoption
  • Build and execute account penetration strategies to expand compute system footprint across data center and field operations
  • Negotiate pricing, deal structures, and enterprise agreements aligned with revenue and margin objectives
  • Maintain precise pipeline forecasting and CRM accuracy to support regional reporting
  • Represent the organization at key energy and technology industry conferences in Texas (Houston, Dallas, Austin)
