The Industrial Compute team builds and operates infrastructure behind OpenAI’s research and products, designing for scale, performance, and adaptability across power, compute, network, manufacturing, operations, scheduling, and orchestration to enable next-generation systems.
Strong candidates have deep technical experience in infrastructure or systems, can lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, drive clarity on complex problems, own outcomes, and collaborate fluidly across engineering, operations, research, and other teams.
