Requirements

Associate’s Degree (A.A. or A.S) or equivalent and minimum of five years industry related experience and/or training
Three years of supervisory experience
Must regularly lift up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment
Valid Driver’s License
Valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
Prior logistics experience
Prior forklift experience
Prior operational and production experience
Prior SAP and Power BI experience

Responsibilities

Manage the cylinder fill plant to ensure timely distribution of product to customers and branches
Train and develop assigned personnel
Lead the deployment of Organizational Solutions
Lead the administration, analysis, and synthesis of data
Coordinate cylinder requirements with region branches
Conduct timely and quality performance appraisals of assigned personnel
Recommend disciplinary action up to and including termination of plant personnel
Analyze plant budget to identify areas in which efficiencies can be obtained and production costs reduced, and allocate operating budget
Follow and maintain all FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT requirements and regulations
