Responsibilities

Acompanhar as requisições de compra das áreas ou do MRP diariamente
Realizar cotações conforme demanda
Preenchimento de mapas de cotação para equalização de preços e planilhas de Excel em geral
Negociação de condições comerciais com fornecedores e transportadoras
Emissão do pedido de compra e acompanhamento até seu recebimento na empresa (follow up)
Atuar em divergências entre pedido e NF faturada, se for o caso
Solicitações e acompanhamento de cadastro de fornecedores e materiais
Emissão de relatórios para preenchimento de KPIs
Apoio com o fluxo de contrato Jurídico de forma geral
