Responsibilities

Collaborate with Compliance leadership to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive, risk-based ethics and compliance strategy aligned with global business goals
Lead and conduct thorough, impartial, and timely investigations into allegations of non-compliance, unethical conduct, or violations of our Code of Conduct and other policies
Lead the drafting, review, and updating of key ethics and compliance policies and procedures, including our Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption & Anti-Bribery, Third-Party Risk Management, Sanctions, Conflicts of Interest, Whistleblower
Conduct regular ethics and compliance risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities
Design and execute risk-based compliance monitoring activities to test effectiveness of the controls
Act as a champion for our ethical culture, providing clear guidance to employees on compliance-related matters
Act as a key advisor to the compliance team and business partners, providing expert guidance on a range of topics including Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption (ABAC), third-party risk, business continuity, records retention and sanctions
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (including Legal, Finance, Technology, HR, IT, Operations)
