Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Compliance leadership to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive, risk-based ethics and compliance strategy aligned with global business goals
  • Lead and conduct thorough, impartial, and timely investigations into allegations of non-compliance, unethical conduct, or violations of our Code of Conduct and other policies
  • Lead the drafting, review, and updating of key ethics and compliance policies and procedures, including our Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption & Anti-Bribery, Third-Party Risk Management, Sanctions, Conflicts of Interest, Whistleblower
  • Conduct regular ethics and compliance risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities
  • Design and execute risk-based compliance monitoring activities to test effectiveness of the controls
  • Act as a champion for our ethical culture, providing clear guidance to employees on compliance-related matters
  • Act as a key advisor to the compliance team and business partners, providing expert guidance on a range of topics including Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption (ABAC), third-party risk, business continuity, records retention and sanctions
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (including Legal, Finance, Technology, HR, IT, Operations)
