We are seeking a strategic and experienced Compliance Architect to lead our Compliance team. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the practice operates efficiently, meets its objectives, and delivers exceptional client services. As a key member of the company’s management team, the Managing Architect will guide architectural aspects of projects and initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals and maintaining high-quality standards.

- Proven expertise in developing and standardizing service offerings, creating strategic roadmaps, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Demonstrate history of effectiveness in organizational leadership, team building, coaching, and strategic planning.
- Ability to work in compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST, CIS, and GDPR is required.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Compliance Center, Azure Policy, and related tools to manage regulatory requirements.
- Experience conducting audits, implementing controls, and communicating compliance risks across diverse business units is essential.

Professional Licenses/Certifications
- At least three (3) active Industry certifications associated with the core and related technologies or equivalent industry experience.
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred in a technology-related field, and at least five (5) years of experience in the core technology area.
- Ten (10) years of experience within the technology field with at least five (5) years of experience with the core and related technologies.
- Project management-related certification or equivalent experience.
Compliance Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to the organization’s industry, such as CMMC, NIST, CIS, and others.
- Oversee data protection and information security measures to safeguard the organization's data integrity.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Compliance Center, Compliance Manager, and other related capabilities for managing and addressing compliance requirements.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft capabilities supporting Compliance within Azure Workloads (e.g., Azure Policy, Azure Blueprints) and other related services to more effectively integrate those capabilities into compliant solutions for customers.
- Understand the global regulatory landscape, stay updated on changes in compliance requirements, and continuously monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in implementing controls and measures to ensure regulatory compliance within Microsoft environments.
- Skill in conducting compliance audits, assessments, and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Capability to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and legal standards such as GDPR.
- Skill in assessing and managing compliance-related risks.
