Professional licenses or certifications totaling at least three active industry certifications associated with core and related technologies or equivalent industry experience are necessary. Project management-related certification or equivalent experience is also required.
The Compliance Architect will lead the Compliance team, ensuring the practice operates efficiently, meets objectives, and delivers exceptional client services. This role involves guiding architectural aspects of projects and initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include developing and standardizing service offerings, creating strategic roadmaps, fostering innovation, and managing multiple complex projects. The architect will oversee data protection and information security measures, implement controls to ensure regulatory compliance within Microsoft environments, and conduct compliance audits, assessments, and gap analyses. They will also develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and legal standards such as GDPR, assess and manage compliance risks, and communicate compliance risks across diverse business units. Additionally, the role involves client relationship management, business development, and proposal support.
