Requirements

  • Expertise in Radford compensation benchmarking, pay structure, and job leveling management
  • Experience with annual compensation review processes, including planning, budgets, and manager enablement
  • Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation operations, configuration, testing, and administration
  • Knowledge of Workforce Planning in Adaptive, including data integration from Workday
  • Skills in equity and bonus plan administration, including RSU award programs
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance/FP&A, Legal, and HRIS
  • Capability to build and administer international compensation programs (e.g., for Mexico, Germany, UK)
  • Strong data rigor, stakeholder engagement, communication, and pay equity/compliance focus
  • Willingness to work onsite in Santa Ana, CA (or within 1-hour commute to offices; remote/hybrid considered)

Responsibilities

  • Drive Radford compensation benchmarking, salary structure maintenance, and guidance for offers, promotions, adjustments (US and international)
  • Administer end-to-end Annual Compensation Review, including calendars, guardrails, budgets, and manager enablement
  • Administer Workday Advanced Compensation, including configuration, testing, controls, workflows, documentation, and bonus/off-cycle processes
  • Administer global Total Rewards structures for Workforce Planning in Adaptive
  • Design and administer annual bonus plans and stock plan administration for RSU awards
  • Partner consultatively with HRBPs, TA, and leaders on calibrations, sessions, education, and decision-making
  • Strengthen pay transparency and compliance through communications, job architecture, postings, documentation, and controls
  • Innovate enhancements like refined ranges, geographic frameworks, and recognition while ensuring pay equity
  • Build training, toolkits, and self-serve resources to enable the organization
