Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely updates to compensation structures and benefit packages to align with business and market changes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll data with a strong focus on compliance and efficiency
  • Conduct in-depth payroll and compensation data forecast and analysis to support decision-making and optimize cost effectiveness
  • Manage and organize employee stock option (ESOP) data and facilitate timely agreement signings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and People teams to deliver seamless C&B operations
