Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR role
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
Familiarity with compensation survey tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson)
Knowledge of FLSA, EEOC, and other relevant labor laws
Excellent communication and presentation skills
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a plus
Availability for 4x a week onsite in San Jose, CA

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance during hiring and promotion processes
Maintain and update compensation databases and tools for accuracy and usability
Analyze job roles, salary data, and compensation structures to support pay decisions and strategy
Conduct market research and benchmarking to evaluate compensation trends and competitiveness
Support annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases and bonus allocations
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on compensation metrics and insights
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results to inform strategy
