Requirements

Experience building and scaling communities on platforms like Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Ability to turn communities into self-serve support and advocacy spaces
Skills in creating vibrant, engaging community environments where users help each other
Capability to identify, onboard, and nurture community champions
Proficiency in content creation including posts, polls, tutorials, challenges, and maintaining a posting calendar
Experience advocating for customer needs internally with Product and Engineering teams
Knowledge of developing strategies for organic growth, engagement, and tracking community health metrics (e.g., engagement, self-serve resolution rates)
Understanding of gamification, incentives, recognition programs, and feedback loops

Responsibilities

Build Reddit and Discord into self-serve support hubs where customers find answers and help each other
Spark conversations, share updates, and highlight community champions
Incentivize and empower users to become community leaders and peer mentors
Identify, onboard, and nurture grassroots champions across platforms
Launch recognition programs, gamification, and incentives for supportive users
Create feedback loops for champions to influence product and education priorities
Create engaging posts, polls, tutorials, and challenges tailored to each platform
Share training updates, product how-tos, and customer wins to spark discussion
Build and maintain a posting calendar for consistent, high-quality content
Advocate internally for customers to improve DevRev’s Support Portal
Partner with Product/Eng teams to surface pain points and translate them into improvements
Ensure Support Portal updates enable easier self-serve success
Develop strategies to increase organic engagement and reach
Track and report on community health metrics like engagement and self-serve resolution rates
