Requirements

Report to the building each day to support the Community Management team
Take direction from the Community Lead and the Community Manager
Work with a variety of members from different backgrounds and industries, or focus on Enterprise clients (depending on location)
Illustrate WeWork’s core values
Cover the front desk during the building’s set business hours
Learn the names of members and guests to build relationships
Use relevant information about members to anticipate and personalize their experience
Be active on the WeWork member network

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact and “face” of WeWork for the Community
Build a welcoming and collaborative community environment through events and relationships
Ensure the building is fully operational and processes run efficiently
Drive growth and promotion of WeWork-provided service offerings
Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Ensure all guests sign-in via Welkio iPad in accordance with guest policy
Ensure building-specific forms (pet forms, filming requests, bike room requests, etc.) are up to date
Keep the front desk clean and organized
Notify members of food deliveries and couriers
Answer questions from members and guests on way-finding, policies, procedures, and community etiquette
Provide feedback on programming types and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact
Celebrate members’ successes and milestones through gifts and notes
Distribute event information, including creating and posting weekly and individual event posters
Ensure building-specific operational requirements are met for events (elevators, HVAC, etc.)
Input notes into Kube or equivalent system about members
Identify and execute opportunities to connect members with each other
Recommend local restaurants, food delivery, catering, team outing venues, post office, shipping center, supply store, etc
