Requirements

  • Ability to report to the building each day in Downtown Denver
  • Warm and welcoming demeanor for greeting members and guests
  • Knowledge of WeWork's guest policy and ability to ensure proper sign-in via Welkio iPad
  • Ability to learn names of members and guests to build relationships
  • Capability to anticipate and personalize member and guest experiences
  • Familiarity with building-specific forms (e.g., pet forms, filming requests, bike room requests)
  • Ability to keep front desk clean and organized
  • Knowledge of building layout for way-finding, policies, procedures, and community etiquette
  • Ability to provide feedback on event programming and evaluate events
  • Proficiency in using systems like Kube for member notes
  • Knowledge of local resources (restaurants, delivery, catering, venues, post office, shipping, supplies)
  • Active engagement on WeWork member network
  • Ability to manage music levels and activations appropriately
  • Capability to write and send building update broadcasts
  • Skills in receiving, processing, sorting, and organizing mail
  • Ability to manage mailroom operations, including "Return to Sender" and lost packages
  • Knowledge of WeWork mail and mailroom policies
  • Ability to track, audit, and organize keys and keycards
  • Capability to manage keycard stock and request inventory

Responsibilities

  • Cover the front desk during building business hours as the on-site point of contact
  • Greet members and guests warmly
  • Ensure guests sign in via Welkio iPad per policy
  • Build relationships by learning names and personalizing experiences
  • Keep building-specific forms up to date
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk
  • Notify members of food deliveries and couriers
  • Answer member and guest questions on building-related topics
  • Provide feedback on event programming and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact
  • Celebrate members’ successes with gifts and notes
  • Promote events by creating and posting weekly and individual event posters, and distributing info
  • Ensure operational requirements for events (e.g., elevators, HVAC)
  • Input member notes into Kube or equivalent system
  • Identify and execute opportunities to connect members
  • Recommend local resources to members
  • Explain WeWork policies and procedures, and update members on building issues
  • Be active on the WeWork member network
  • Manage music levels and activations appropriately
  • Write and send broadcasts on building updates
  • Receive, process, sort, and organize all mail
  • Locate and issue posts via regional system to members
  • Keep mailroom organized and clean
  • Handle "Return to Sender" for unidentified or former member mail after 30 days
  • Ensure courier parcels have correct details for pick-ups
  • Investigate, escalate, and resolve lost packages
  • Track, audit, and organize keys collected and distributed
  • Manage keycard stock and request new inventory
  • Take direction from Community Lead and Community Manager to support the team
  • Build a welcoming community through events and relationships
  • Ensure building is fully operational with efficient processes
  • Drive growth and promotion of WeWork service offerings
