Requirements

  • Full-time availability during building’s set business hours
  • Ability to support multiple buildings as required
  • Knowledge of WeWork’s core values, policies, procedures, and guest policies
  • Proficiency with tools like Welkio iPad, Spacestation or equivalent systems
  • Capability to anticipate member and guest needs and personalize experiences
  • Ability to take direction from Community Lead and Community Manager

Responsibilities

  • Cover the front desk and act as the on-site point of contact for members and guests
  • Greet members and guests warmly and ensure guests sign in via Welkio iPad
  • Learn names of members and guests to build relationships and foster community
  • Keep front desk clean, organized, and ensure building-specific forms (e.g., pet forms, filming requests) are up to date
  • Notify members of food deliveries and couriers; answer questions on way-finding, policies, etiquette
  • Provide feedback on event programming, evaluate events based on attendance and impact
  • Celebrate members’ successes with gifts and notes; promote events via posters and info distribution
  • Ensure operational requirements for events (e.g., elevators, HVAC)
  • Input notes on members into Spacestation; identify opportunities to connect members
  • Recommend local services (restaurants, delivery, venues, etc.); be active on WeWork member network
  • Communicate building updates via broadcasts; manage music levels and activations
  • Receive, process, sort, and organize all mail
  • Build a welcoming community through events and relationships
  • Ensure building is fully operational with efficient processes
  • Drive growth and promotion of WeWork service offerings
  • Support Community Team as directed
