Responsibilities

As a Community Ambassador, the individual will act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing questions and fostering a supportive community; plan and execute social events, workshops, and community-building activities; assist new residents with move-in processes, offering guidance and orientation; promote Tripalink’s values by encouraging a respectful and inclusive living environment; gather feedback from residents to enhance the living experience and report insights to management; help with marketing initiatives by engaging with potential residents through tours and social media; support leasing efforts by providing testimonials, hosting open houses, and assisting with community outreach; enforce community guidelines to ensure a safe and harmonious living space.
