The Communications Planning and Operations Lead will support the Executive Director of Communications Strategy in planning, operations, and program management to achieve business goals. This role involves interfacing between communications and enterprise initiatives, providing strategic counsel, identifying and implementing program improvements for operational excellence, and building touchpoints and channels to drive team culture. The lead will also manage cross-functional special projects that deliver high impact for the company and employees.
